The Virtual Army is a team that wholeheartedly works to do the work of God, whether inside or outside of a building. Their main responsibility is to ensure the Repair Center functions smoothly. Here are five ways that the Virtual Army can contribute:
1. Giving: As leaders and those connected to us, we give tithes and offerings to further assist with the duties of the Repair Center.
2. Prayer: The Bible encourages us to pray and not lose heart. We should pray daily for the leaders, members, vision, and those connected to the Repair Center, as well as for the world.
3. Sharing the Word: We must witness and share the teachings with others, using various media platforms such as our social media pages.
4. Watching and interacting: We should watch the message on Sundays and share it on platforms like YouTube and Facebook. Also, we can share it through text messages with friends. It is important to share it with someone every week.
5. Serving: Lastly, we should serve on designated service days or alongside others.and live a life of purpose and meaning.
John M. A. Bibbs on a transformative journey in "Path of Life Part 2: Embracing Change." Change can often be challenging, throwing us into various situations that may freeze us for a moment. Life presents us with numerous problems, and each and every one of us experiences changes. We all start our lives as babies, and while some of us may still feel like babies, we eventually grow into adults. This growth is a natural part of our lives, but how do we handle change when we reach adulthood?
Embracing change can be difficult, especially for adults. However, it is important to remember that if we do not change, we will remain stuck in the same place. If we desire to lose weight, we must put in the effort to work towards it. Similarly, if we want to build muscle, we need to work hard for it. Learning a new skill or expanding our knowledge also requires dedicated effort. Anything related to change demands work.
The November Series for The Path of Life with Pastor John M. A. Bibbs is In this series, Pastor Bibbs explores the topic of losing, discussing how to approach it with the right mindset and embrace a biblical perspective. Drawing from Philippians 4:11-13, he emphasizes the importance of recognizing that losing is inevitable and encourages listeners to find contentment in all circumstances and trust in God's strength. Additionally, Pastor Bibbs urges listeners to learn and grow from their losses, reflecting on lessons learned and developing resilience. Lastly, he highlights the opportunity to seek a higher purpose in losing, trusting in God's sovereign plan and using losses as a chance to bless and encourage others.
In addition to "How to Lose Well," Pastor Bibbs also delivers sermons on other topics throughout the month. These sermons include "Embracing Change," which focuses on embracing change as a catalyst for growth and spiritual transformation, "Overcoming Obstacles," which offers encouragement to overcome obstacles in life through faith and perseverance, and "Living Success," which centers on discovering God's definition of success and aligning one's life accordingly. Each sermon is supported by relevant scripture and provides three key points or "nuggets" of wisdom to apply in daily life.
"To Legit To Quit Part 5: When They Leave 😔 In this unpredictable journey called leadership, there are moments that catch us off guard. You come home to an empty house, a spouse who's moved on. Or maybe it's hiring someone who walks out after just weeks or even years. And as a senior pastor, when key leaders take their leave, it can feel like the weight of the ministry rests solely on your shoulders. But here's the thing - in times like these, talking to ourselves and reflecting on the best course of action is crucial. We must stay strong, and determined, and remember that challenges only make us stronger. Let's embrace the uncertainty, find new opportunities in the wake of departure, and continue to lead with unwavering dedication and grace.
